Characteristics:

Zinc lactate is a good food zinc fortifier, which plays an important role in the mental and physical development of infants and adolescents. The absorption effect is better than inorganic zinc. China's regulations can be used for dairy products, the amount of use is 30 ~ 60mg / kg (based on zinc, the same below); in infant foods, the amount used is 25 ~ 70mg / kg; in cereals and their products used in 5 ~ 10mg /kg; used in drinking liquid is 5 ~ 10mg / kg; the maximum use amount in children's oral liquid is 0.6 ~ 1.0g / kg (calculated as zinc lactate).

Applications:
