Product Introduction
Ethylenediamine tetramethylphosphonic acid EDTMPA is an organic compound with the formula C6H20O12N2P4.
EDTMPA is white crystalline powder at room temperature, melting point 215-217ºC, slightly soluble in water, solubility at room temperature is less than 5%, easily soluble in ammonia water.
EDTMPA has a strong ability to chelate metal ions, and the complex constant with copper ions is the largest of all chelators, including EDTA.

Application 
EDTMPA is a high-purity reagent and non-toxic, which can be used as a cleaning agent for semiconductor chips in the electronics industry to manufacture integrated circuits. Used in the pharmaceutical industry as a carrier of radioactive elements for the examination and treatment of diseases; The chelating capacity of EDTMPA far exceeds that of EDTA and DTPA, and EDTMPA can be substituted in almost all places where EDTA is used as a chelating agent.
